At the Summer Set show I went to this spring, Brian Dales said before he played thissong "This song is about a girl you may know, that we (the band) all know, our drummer Jess Bowen. Well, Jess f*ckin' freaks us out!" It's was almot affectionate, to friggin' adorable.
So yeah, there you have it. Brian wants Jess and every other boy on the block does too (? ftw! I know..) but she freaks them out, in the good way I guess hahahah. They still think she's pretty rad. :]
