I cant believe someone up until me, hasnt commented on such a well written song. It was written by 2 of her backup singers, for her. They did a great job. The guitar riff..is full of pain, and soul..and so well played.
I love this song, and latley, it has been up there on my IPOD playlist. I sing it daily, hum it...and have to say..for a woman who sings alto..my pitch in it is pretty darn good.
I believe this song is, a last cry out in the relationship...before the couple finally seperates into 2..and once more merging into their 1. How life, can take a toll on their relationship..as it always does..and the couple forgets..what they did. Once...shut out the world, and focus on only them..and them alone.Its gritty, stong, and full of feeling..with the overall hope, that one of the 2 people, will decide to walk back to the other...and form 1 once more.
