the track is an allegory of a love triangle.
there is a vinyl records archive storage (or lost&found) where all of the forgotten songs go, when they are abandoned by their owners.
16 or 45 are rev speeds of 7'' records, so the girl is a seven-incher and has a b-side, which is apparently her sister.
the sister is "evil", because it is her, that a kiss from the boy (another forgotten vinyl record) was meant for.
the girl is fond of the boy which is fond of her sister, thus tears.
