I absolutely love this song! I think it's my favorite from "we are born". Maybe I'm wrong, but this song reminds me of high school. It makes me think of all of those back-stabbing "mean girls" who talk about their friends behind their backs. I think every girl goes through that whether they want to admit it or not. Some people never grow out of it. What I get out of the song is that you won't find true friends unless you start being true yourself. You can't talk bad about people or treat the people in your life badly or they will treat you the same way and then you're left with no one to trust. I think Sia is saying that once you stop being a mean, untrustworthy person that people will treat you better yourself and the relationships in your life will get better or you'll make better ones with new people.
"Oh little girl, theres enough love i this circle,
You can shackle yourself or be free from this pain." <-- my favorite part!
