I live in Nashville, too. I'm a college student, so I regular the club on Wednesdays. The dancers say that they have seen Ke$ha there on multiple occasions. Of course, this may just be rumor to pump up the club, but I do believe she's been there at least once. I also believe the song is about Play. I've heard that from so many different people.
