Well, in my own experience, I think she wrote this song, because she has to deal with things that adults have to deal with, and she's having a tough time. Obviously, it's not that hard to interpret. But with me, I feel guilty or ashamed or have regret, for stupid stuff. Like cussing!! And sometimes, I wish I was someone else, and I wish for change. And when I tell my mom (I'm only 13, but I can be very deep...haha) I want to go to a counselor, she said of course, but made me realize it might just be growing pains. And she said exactly that. Kinda weird, cause this is like my favorite song, and I relate to it sooooooo much!
