Well, let me be the first. This song speaks about several problems that every Christian faces. Our pride, our dreams, our will, our dark desires, the voices that influence us, the chaos surrounding us, etc. We seem to forget that God can rid us of all that junk, if we'd only let him.
Besides the lyrics, the song itself is more than beautiful and the lead singer's voice has always had a REAL quality to it. It's not booming, he doesn't have a crazy range, but his voice speaks in ways that no other singer can.
@iamephraim Yes. beautiful song but do I also detect the burden of prophecy, the hope of the children of the day, something of the maranatha there or is it just letting go of the earthly perceptions? What would come if we do let them go?
