This is an amazing song, yes. For some reason it reminds me of the Young Liberals summer camp I came home from yesterday. Sex, drugs (only alcohol, though), rock'n roll and politics. We members of this awesome organization are people who, even though we have some really radical opinions and like to party, are relatively intelligent and have a tendency to "come out as teacher's pet". And we do not only go to summer camp because we want to get drunk and get laid, we do it because we want to make the world a better place. And accidently, it rained a lot there, so we wanted a brighter day in at least two meanings of the phrase.

Well... this comment was really random. :P
This post was very interesting, I really like when people talk about real life experiences that remind them of songs.
