I agree with mostly everyone ideas on here but wanted to add one little thing...

relates to both God and the driver and the God part is sort of confirmed by this line

Hallelujah is generally used to praise God, and the p.o.v changes here..he's not saying so just believe in "me" (as in Ronnie) but God. If you believe in God, he'll never let you down, but the girl died when she did do everything right and all that and God seemed to have "let her down."
I pretty much agree with most of the other explanations though.
And yeah, ETF kicks ASS. Can't wait till Fallin in Reverse finally comes out. (when Ronnie gets out..)
