No one has commented on this song. Since it's a Clash song, even a Cut the Crap song, it deserves at least one comment. Personally I have no idea what this song sounds like, I must have listened to it at least once since I have a copy of Cut the Crap and have listened to it exactly once. So yeah.... As for the meaning, the repeated line "Has anybody got a cigarette?" seems to suggest that the speaker wants to smoke, unfortunately no one appears to have a cigarette to spare as his request is repeated several times. Sucks for him.
