To me it's about someone dying...

You disappear with all your good intentions

Meaning that they died. I assume it was a good, loveable person. Hence the lyrics "all your good intentions".

And all I am is all I could not mention

He's trying to get over it, but this person made them who they are.

Like who will bring me flowers when it's over And who will give me comfort when it's cold

Meaning that this person was always there for him.

She took a plane to somewhere out in space

Meaning that this person went to heaven, ("out in space")

To start a life and maybe change the world

Starting a new life in heaven.

See I never meant for you to have to crawl No I never meant to let you go at all Don't ever say goodbye

"No I never meant to let you go at all" means that he wasn't expecting this death and that he wanted this person to stay with him.

See my head aches from all this thinkin'

Possible pondering about this person's death.

Feels like a ship God, God knows I'm sinkin'

He feel so lost without this person and it feels like he doesn't have the strength to carry on.

Wonder what you do and where it is you stay

Wondering if this person went to heaven or hell.

These questions like a whirlwind, they carry me away

Who will bring me flowers when it's over And who will give me comfort when its cold

Again, this person was always there for him. "Who will bring me flower when it's over?" signifies that when one of his girlfriends left him, or they broke up this person was always there to bring him flowers and give him comfort.

Who will I belong to when the day just won't give in And who will tell me how it ends and how it all begins

Sounds to me maybe like a parent figure that told him stories about their life and the mistakes they made ("and who will tell me how it ends and how it all begins") and when the day is bad he could go to this person and feel loved ("who will i belong to when the day just won't give in")

Don't ever say goodbye

He probably means that he doesn't want this person to die, or leave. He doesn't want them to go and pass over.

I'm only human I'm only human I'm only human

Sounds like he's accepting that he is only human and this person is only human and everyone has to die sometime. It's sort of a setting them off in the right direction, persay.

Hope this helped!

And I agree this could be about a relationship but the "Who will bring me flowers when it's over" part doesn't make me think it's about a relationship. And this song is to deep and meaning to be about a relationship in my eyes :D

I never actually thought of it that way until I read your interpretation. Now, I actually believe you are correct; after all, it makes so much sense and your description of each lyric is spot on.
