I think this song can be applied to any cause you strongly believe in. For example, I had cancer when I was a little girl and I know I work with cancer patients, volunteer with the American Cancer Society, and conducting research on why we fear cancer. To me "This Is War" not only against cancer but, the stigmas it creates as well. When I'm done with my research I hope it will be "a brave new world".
