I love this song. It sucks they only have it on the Japan released albums though.
I thought it could be about a guy not being noticed by a girl too, but I don't see how some lines relate, such as: "They don't treat you the way that they treat me,
They treat you different"

"Get me out of here they don't seem to care"
I mean, who would he mean when he says 'they'? It sounds like a lot of the song is relating to his own internal pain and not necessarily all about the girl. Maybe it's the affect the girl had on him? I really have no idea.
The songs awsome, I love the heaviness and the guitars in the chorus, but personally I don't like all the auto-tune they've used on Cove's voice. It would sound much better without it.
