Meh the original Twilight movie was awful, New Moon was good, Eclipse is fine, no need to hate on the entire franchise. But I think the song goes well with it. I think sweetness1901 has it right in terms of the movie and book, and that it is about you changing as life goes on until you realise you don't know yourself so well anymore.

I'm sorry I haven't checked songmeanings for so long! But I'm in no way a twihard, I read the books and I've seen the movies, but I'm not crazy about it. I agree though; I think it's just because many twilight fans are young, and it's 'uncool' for them to like bands like The Dead Weather, so they don't bother to investigate it, and music in general, The Dead Weather isn't shoved down their throats like Justin Bieber, and they don't explore it themselves, so it passes by without notice.
