Coupled with the next lines, "Stall your mother. Disregard your father's words", it makes me believe that the girl (and probably the guy) are pretty young and that the girl still lives with her parents, which is part of the reason why the girl makes the guy leave.
The next verse "Close the laundry door, tiptoe across the floor," is about how the two lovers have to be quiet in their actions because of her parents being in the same house. The guy then says "Keep your clothes on. I have all that I can take" which means that his interest isn't about Sex but rather her company and her love. He has all that he can take meaning his emotions are already running high and to add sex to the mix would be overwhelming.
