In fact, I love to hear songs that draw inspiration from other works that I know and enjoy, especially when they are written so clear as to understand the connection. Cellar Door is the first album by John Vanderslice I heard, and I instantly enjoyed the relaxed singing style he employs; a great example being found on this song.
