Like the commenter said abvove me he uses "The Illuminati" as a metaphor. You have to dig deeper into his lyrics to find what he's really talking about. Basically the song is talking about how he would get his money any means possible. He's trying to live life lavishly not just on a paycheck. As the "Illuminati" so calls takes over your mind or body he uses that as a metaphor for saying that GREED takes over his mind and body.
