Before I start, when I heard this on the radio I thought it was a woman who's singing it. I was surprised. The vocalist has a high voice. :-)
I guess the message of the song is not to be afraid to express yourself. Never be afraid of who you are and what you're capable of. Show your talent to the world. We humans are made to the image and likeness of the Divine. (I don't want to get into the religious, but I heard somewhere The Delays is a Christian alt-pop band.)
