I think its about someone david (lead singer) knows and they're doing drugs and cant get away from this and is wanted by police for doing it and they continue to do drugs. they are telling him theyre not doing drugs and whoever they are associated with getting them high and will keep coming back and he/she do whatever it takes to do more drugs. no matter how many times he tells them they pretend they dont know why
