I disagree. While hey do have a lot of war imagery in their earlier songs, and yeah they seem pretty anti-war so I do think some of that filters in here, I do think mostly this is about the different attitudes from a girl and a guy.
just the beginning sounds so sad and solemn like a break up between and a guy and a girl. the rest sounds like a march - yes like a military march- and chant about men and their conquering ways.
the ending with the "hey baby hey baby" sounds like men trying to pick up women. Albeit, with a poor mentality towards women.
