It reminds me of my summer after graduating high school, parents finally letting go and letting me spend the night hanging out with my friends and girlfriend, it was just a different experience, being out on the streets at night for the first time and pretty much seizing the moment. It was a summer that where nothing seems to happen (thus the term wasting time) but it was something we wanted to be eternal.
