Okay, I used to just browse this site out of curiousity, but when I read all these interpretations, I had to have my say.
During the period this song was written, most artists made their bread by describing isolation, anxiety and depression in metaphore. See; Nirvana, Radiohead, Pearl Jam, ect... I strongly believe this song is another 90's era study in youth angst.
You feel unappreciated individuality, (...why don't you remember my name?)
fear of judgement (when I am king...your opinion, which is of no consequence...)
and a desire to kill/punish those who are too dull to see your ideas, your value as a human (Ambition makes you look pretty ugly, kicking, squealing gucci little piggy,)
Which culminates into this imaginative and burning ("the crackle of pig skin", perhaps refering to the ceremonial burning of our Gucci little piggy?)
And I imagine the guilt of condemning those who condemned him cause the antagonist pain and confusion and relief. (Rain down on me...God loves His children...)
But then, I could be overthinking the whole thing. ;) ISA
