What I believe this song is about is how the narrator/singer is taking mental control over the girl ("you"). He plays the role of the abusive and/or overprotective boyfriend that believes that he should tell her how to think and act.
I am in-side your head
Now I'm inside your mouth
I will use you
The above lines that are constantly repeated in song describes how he is taking complete control over how she thinks and what she says. She can't think or speak without his voice and influence telling her how to do so. It is all a game to him; doesn't do it for her but just so that he can have control.
I am in-side your head
You try to get me out
But I consume you
This second part continues off of the first one, how he is controling her from the inside out, but shows that she is not a willing participant. However, he "consumes her", which makes it evident that no matter how much she tries to fight him, his voice and influence will always be there inside of her head.
