how do you ever really let go of someone if you're hoping they'll come back in the future?
this song has real meaning to my life right now... but that's what i'm struggling with.
i can't let go while i'm hoping for it in the distant future... my problem is really believing that it'll happen in the future...
i kind of agree that maybe usually means no... so then she's saying maybe b/c that's what she wants to believe... needs to believe even... even though she knows it might not happen...
if she doesn't believe that when writing this i'd like to know exactly how she let go while hoping for a future...
