So danny produced the instrumental to begin with and owns all rights to it. niether hollywood undead nor the puscifers produced\wrote the music. So hollywood undead didnt rip anything off, they just used one of Danny Lohners recycled insturmental. as far as i am aware of, hollywood undead hasnt made any comment as to if they had knowledge that the instrumental was already used in a song.
