They met during summer, fell in love, she finds out she's pregnant.. He makes the winning touchdown ( at a game with scouts from big schools); she thinks it would be best for his future if her and her unborn child were to move away w/o him knowing. He was already willing to runaway with her so I'm assuming if he knew about the pregnancy, he would obviously go with her.. In the video it shows her in front of his house contemplating on whether she should get him or drive way (she drives away).. I'm almost certain I've got the description correct..
