Seems to me to be about his gorlfriend of wife having problems with..or disliking his career as a musician. He is telling her that she doesn't need to worry, he only love her, and everything he is doing is for her and possibly a child that they have on the way. I think the do you reallyl ove me part is him asking her if she loves him enough to accept his being a musician. I'm totally lost on the lose big part but I think it's saying that if he is going to persue his career and have it take a toll on his relationship that he may as well put everything he has into making it big.
