I too believe this song is a metaphor for smoking a joint. Think of the business end of a joint in relation to the lyrics. It gets all moist from spit and when its been slightly pinched into an elliptical shape by your lips ie... tickling its circumference (which is the actual lyric not "particularly enjoy" as it says above) it resembles a vaginal opening. Sucking the walls of her anus = taking a drag. Kurt said on several occasions that his favorite drug was pot. Of course one would assume it was smack but if you've ever used and become addicted to opiates you know its only good for a short while before it turns into a beast that you feed to simply keep at bay. Anyhow that's the meaning I've always drawn from this kick ass song and I like to think its correct.
