I'm pretty sure it's "Dolido y abandonado" not herido. (hurting, not wounded)
and there's a piece missing...
its "ahy ahy ahy corazon espinado

then he says "ahy ahy ahy como me duele el amor"...
It's a pretty dark song... he talks about how she's killing him; his heart being stuck with thorns or barbs or nails (im not sure which) squashed (aplastado)and abandoned (abandonado).
But then he basically says that she'll get her comeuppance when HER heart is similarly broken one day...
