I was listening and decided to take a stab at it. Maybe its about someone who is going through a crisis of some kind and they go through a change (probably personality or looks.) and they are asking a close friend or family maybe God if that after all that he'd been through and all that changed, would they even recognize him/her? (aka: would you know my name?)("running away" representing running from old ways and changing)
