I heard this song and thought something entirely different from everyone who commented. To me it's about a girl who was raped, and mournfully tells that she is no longer a little girl, because her innocence was stolen. She's running to where she once felt safe before the rape, and constantly dreams of escaping by going as far as she can to forget her experience.

I feel she's telling us that her future became bitter, she might be a drug addict or something related to it to try and relieve her experience, and I feel she told no one about it, dealing with it until it drove her insane, numbing her senses to avoid the reality of her fate.
