I'm guessing this song has to do with nihilism. As in, there is no such thing as objective morality as seen in the line "It's not wrong or right". "satisfy the dog" and "use your body to get satisfaction" probably have to do with doing anything for your own interests no matter what you may do to get it, since in the end, nothing really matters.
