i think cove is talking about his record label. i think the movement in his stomache, is a sickness that saosin feels with the way the record label wants them to make music. maybe they feel disgusted that they let themselve give in to their record label's demands and created music that wasn't up to they're standards. maybe they feel like they sold themselves short by doing that. and now it's they're last time to make a hit and make it stick, as in a hit single. and its eating away at the band. the record label, capitol/virgin wants to steal their pride, and dignity, and they aren't going to take it anymore. they're not going to let them take control of their music anymore. in the second part, wake me up when it's said and done, wake me up when this is all over, when they're contract is over with the record label, they don't wanna be any part of that label anymore.
