I found this cover in "Click Here To Exit".
Seemed to be a DEMO album in which Stone Sour was named as "SuperEgo".
As you will see below, it has some tracks included on their 2001 DEMO.
Tracklist is something like this:
Omega
Get Inside (this is an unedited version, guitar solo is quite different)
Kill Everybody
Ending Beginning
The Wicked (seems to be an alternative version with voices and introduction)
Idle Hands
Talk (this is like a break, voices only)
Road Hog
Dead Weight (the first part of this is another song now known as "Rules Of Evidence").
Bother (the same as happened with "Get Inside", unedited even clearer than the final result).
All I Know
Silent Type
The Dance Of The Frog Fish (as I wrote before, this is the Napoleon XIV's cover called "They're Coming to Take Me Away, Ha-haaa!", just a few words changed and it includes some voices on intro and outro).
It's talking to a dog not a person actually. That's what the original version intended, on it's album cover it shows a man with an empty leash looking surprised. Hence the mangy mutt part.
