'I can't get full,' 'you bored me then and now you just bore me some more,' etc. And with 'my words fell into the road' etc I think Alison is saying that she knows she wants to tell this person how awful they are and what she wants to say but can't bring herself to do it maybe? 'My eyes feel spikey and small and I can't get no picture on them at all' - she's finding it hard to think about other things during.
