I take it as a couple who had an abortion. One person in the relationship now realizes what a terrible thing they did as with the lines "I've made a grave with you" and "so this happens once again to a child without sin". Abortion is a hot button topic but many view an abortion as a selfish choice ("dont say this is love, just say this is greed") as the guy/girl typically has the abortion because it will be an inconvenience to them or its not what they want at the time.
