Guy [really] likes girl. Girl doesn't really give guy much of a chance, but he still can't get enough of her. He's got a problem (catastrophe) in that, so he's asking her, "will you be my surrender when my world is a whirlwind?", because he has to have her loving him back, tonight. :)
