I reckon its about aliens coming down and wondering why we're fucking up our planet. The first bit definatly sounds like aliens (or God maybe cause of the second universe bit - but unlikely knowing Hypocrisy) visiting us. And the rest of it is about a dying planet. It's obvious what that means.
