Probably some of the saddest lyrics ever written. It just reminds you of lying next to someone you truly love, and knowing you will never be as special to them. All you can do is close your eyes because when you look at them (and this is so unbelievably true), you can actually SEE that they don't feel the same way as you do. The more you see this, the more your heart breaks.
