i really love this song, but i don't get that "your shoulders in my pocket" part. what does it mean? i'm not a native speaker so it might be a phrase or something that i don't know.

We have a saying here in America (and probably other english speaking Nations): "A shoulder to cry on" which basically means someone to support you when you need it. She has her cell phone in her pocket, and she knows that if she needs a shoulder to cry on, she can ask him through her phone. That's basically what it means.
