I am listening to it as I am writing this. I read a lot about the album Twilight Theater and it is considered as Marko's best performance of his career so is the bands. Given and Denied is a lovely piece of sound which appears in the album. When I heard this song for the first time, it made me hear it again and again, thrice and fourth time before I went to next song. The song has a charismatic melody which flows parallel with its lyrics. Being a visual guy, I can imagine what words have to mean.
The songs talks about, we as humans, realize a lot of things in life that we know but we missed it with time and would want to go back and be in the moment. Sometimes, subconsciously, we love to be at a place, or a direction, or people, or the past where we feel complete. I love the way where it goes:

Great lyrical effort, one of the best compositions I’ve ever heard from Poets. They are gods, the words are so heavy and meaningful. The song is new to me everytime I listen to it. Awesome song.
