Growing up you see many pivotal life moments idyllically depicted in movies and tv shows, childhood sweetheart, romantic proposal, scenic wedding, babies first steps, beach vacations, etc etc. Now regardless of the reality of everyone around you, you kind of expect to have these moments. Somehow just hearing Sam Endicott, you know this great singer from this amazing band, express feelings I have myself of missing out & regret etc. made me realize how unrealistic it is to expect all these shining moments. Life is so different for everyone and not everyone is meant for a marriage 2.5 kids and summer vacations in Mexico. I'm 39 I dj and have never been married, I didn't have the traditional milestone moments but I have had some great unconventional ones. Songs like this are why I love music!
