Seems like the lyrics are about not being able to get over someone, or not WANTING to get over someone.

It's hard building a relationship, once you're that deep in it's not easy to start all over again with someone else if it ends.

She doesn't feel right being with someone else and doesn't let herself get close to anybody, holding someone else's hands doesn't seem right even though she tries.
It's like she is trying to tell herself to move on but is in a battle, one side of her is trying to explain that everything will be fine and to move on, and the otherside won't accept it, don't wanna understand why it's happened etc.
Whenever she finds some sort of peace not thinking about the person she longs for, she can't help but think about that person's touch and having them around, she shakes and start to break down again after trying to build back up and move on.
Continuous battle of building up and breaking again etc etc, it's just what I get from it :P
