It's definitely about the Persona longing for the love that another person kept giving her, and how she needed it like water. Now that the person is gone, the Persona feels pain because the person isn't there anymore. Who wouldn't? I'd love to sing this to my close female friend. :) Plus, it reminds me of sunsets. :D
