I think this song is about a demon raping the virgin mary.
He clearly says, "Mary you never looked so tender", and "Her virgin skin raised in anticipation," hence, the virgin mary
Plus, he talks about himself as if he's "a stain to such holy fabrics" so it seems to me that he is a demon, and not a priest
