I don't think him having no children has anything to do with 1)sexual orientation 2)celibacy.
People should finally understand that even if sb's homosexual their not unable to have children,there's such thing as artificial insemination you know,you don't have to sleep with a woman to impregnate her.Imagine the number of women who'd want to have kids with Morrissey.
Also I don't think he's unable to have them because of some medical problems,judging on the lyrics it just seems to me like he chose not to.
As for his sister,from what I read she has a son which means that Morrissey isn't really "the last one"...but maybe he meant his surname?She got married and changed her name,so he as a man is the only one who could have kids named Morrissey.
