First stanza is just him addressing a few things. Like him doing rapping because he loves it not just because it pays the bills. In this stanza he first starts showing like this fame has left him kinda vulnerable - 'No autotune but you can feel the pain.' Some things have happened that maybe he wishes never did. 'It all come spilling out like I hit a vein.' He cant hold on to some of these thoughts anymore, Its becoming to much for him to carry - As if he has to get it all out so he can go on with his life.

People on the outside (Maybe their family and friends) Want to know like what are you getting out of helping him reach his dreams.? Are you going to get a cut, Whats going to pay your bills.?
