I don't see how a band singing about their personal beliefs is FORCIBLY inducing someone to give up their beliefs. Now if someone were to strap you down to a chair, put headphones on you and MAKE you listen to Christian songs over and over and over...then yes, it would be brainwashing.

"how can God show mercy how us merciless to them" should be "How can God show mercy, I was merciless to them."
Also, just because a song has Christian words, meanings, undertones, etc doesn't make it anymore brainwashing than any other song in the world.
