In his book Black Postacards, Dean Wareham says that drummer Damon Krukowski wrote this one. I wonder if any other G500 songs were written by Damon or Naomi?
Anyway, it's a beautiful song, which I know now is about the sad state of Dean's friendship with his bandmates, Damon and Naomi.
@leamanc I figured it was about a deteriorating relationship and it makes sense it's about the band. It's too bad they couldn't just be friends, they made such great and unique music together.
