I think that the interpretation of this is obvious, so I'm not going to go into that, but this song is actually sad to me; I feel sorry for Evilyn! I don't care if that sounds weird. In my opinion, I don't think she's the most mentally stable (well, obviously, if you're killing people...) and if she honestly thinks what she's doing is good... she can't help it. Those two factors together make me sad that she can't go to her Heaven :/
